Payment Options available to our membership:

1. Web Payment Center – more information below
2. MoneyGram locations – more information below
3. Transfers through online banking – Members can transfer from a First City account to their loan with First City
4. ACH origination using the Secure Form tab in online banking – Login to your First City online banking, click on secure forms, and fill out the form to draft an amount from another institution
5. One-time ACH origination through First City’s Contact Center – Call us at 800-944-2200, with your financial institution’s Routing Number and Account number for ACH transfers
6. Transfers using First City’s 24hr Phone Teller service
7. Schedule transfers by calling First City’s Contact Center
8. Set up Bill Payment – From another institution to your account at First City

• Allow 24 hours to reflect on your account
• Payments up to $1,600 can be made
• Payments made through this service will be applied on or after the next business day
• ACH payment option is available
